We have an opportunity for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Watford to provide maternity leave cover for 9 to 12 months on a fixed term basis. This role is full time for 39 hours per week over 4 days, along with 1 in 6 weekends. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
Locum Veterinary Surgeon - Witney, Oxfordshire. We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Whitney for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to provide maternity leave cover for a period of 12 months. The role has the potential to become a permanent position.. This role is full time for 5 days per week with shifts of 8 hours, along with 1 in 6 weekends with a day off in lieu. There will be 1 evening per week until 7pm where you will hold the phone and care for inpatients with support from nurses. There will be some sole charge on weekends and occasional evenings with 2 nurses to back up.. A typical day involves two 2 or 2.5-hour slots of consultations with set admin time in the middle and at the end of the shift. There is one dedicated surgery day per week.
