Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of an independent practice in Ferndown Dorset for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.

The role is available on either a full or part time basis and there is a 1:2 Saturday morning rota.

The practice is expanding and therefore they require an additional Vet. Ideally the Vet will be a recent graduate who has some experience with routine surgery and general practice but still requires some support. Alternatively, the practice would accept applications from more experienced Vets who are perhaps looking for a new role and challenge/

This is an independent family run practice where each member of staff are valued and their ideas and opinions are heard. All ideas and skills are rewarded and very much appreciated. They have recently had a refurbishment and are fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

The practice provides an excellent support team which hold an excellent local reputation for their kindness and within the practice itself for their support given to all clinical team members both permanent and locum.

The practice value the importance of a good work / life balance. They are located between the beaches of Bournemouth and the New Forest. They offer a competitive salary package with accommodation available for a relocation for the first three months.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6.30pm and Saturday 9am - 12pm.

Person:

Package:

  • Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 commensurate to experience

Must haves:

RCVS registered and qualified
