We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Le Foulon, Guernsey for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to provide maternity leave cover for 6 to 12 months on a fixed term basis. This role is full time for 40.5 hours per week over 4.5 days with shifts from 8:30am to 6:30pm, along with 1 in 6 or 7 full weekends and 1 night per week. The on-call rota is 1 in 3 weekends on-call and 1 night per week on-call. There will be time off in lieu for any on-call weekends. Accommodation can be provided.

This position is part time for 7 nights on and 14 nights off, equalling 17.3 weeks per year. Although additional hours worked are welcomed. The shifts start at 6pm with a full handover from the day team, and ends with a morning handover at 8am the following day.
