The role will involve managing a team of nurses across 2 sites, working between both. The position is 39.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8:30am and 6:30pm each day. Weekends are shared between the team, with the current rota seeing nurses work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. The role would be suitable for candidates with previous head nurse experience, experience working a senior/manager position or a well-rounded RVN he is looking to make the step up and take on management responsibility.
