Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Wishaw, Scotland

We are recruiting on behalf of an independent practice in Wishaw, Scotland for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is full or part time with shifts from 8:30am to 6:30pm, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am to 1pm. On Fridays, they finish at 6pm. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

They are looking for an experienced Vet and someone who would be happy with some sole charge and has confidence in routine surgeries, consultations and emergencies.

An independent small animal practice in Central Scotland who pride themselves on providing an excellent customer service and veterinary service to their loyal clients. They operates over three branches and are fully equipped with all the latest equipment, including in house laboratory, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and full small animal equipment.

Key details:

• Type: Small animal
• Hours: Full or part time, shifts from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Fridays finish at 6pm
• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1pm
• OOH: None
• Sole charge: Yes
• Consultations: 15 minutes
• Computer system: Bespoke
• Branch work: Yes some consulting shifts at branch
• Team: 2 vets and 2 nurses

Package:

• Salary: Up to £75,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
