Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Salisbury, Wiltshire

We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent practice in the beautiful location of Salisbury. This role is full time for 38 to 40 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota. Part time hours can be considered. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

This is an established independent practice with a growing client base and is proud to be an independent family run group of practices in the surrounding area. The have gone through a major refurbishment and are contintuing to grow.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to the Vet to take the lead and continue to grow and develop the practice and support the community.

About the role:

The full-time position comes with no ooh offering an excellent work-life balance. They pride themselves on creating a role that is right for you and build on mutual respect between all parties and they are happy to say that this creates loyalty from staff with very little staff turnover. The position involves working with the current Vet team however there is odd sole charge days.

The surgery is modern, spacious, and bright offering state of the art veterinary services and facilities with all the latest technology, soon to be refurbished to improve facilities further.

They require an experienced enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join their current team. They will be comfortable with the odd sole charge days and must be confident in routine surgeries and consultations. Areas of special interest are encouraged and supported.

About you:

Package:

  • Salary: £40,000 to £80,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
  • Holidays: Up to 6 weeks annual leave
