Job description

We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Newcastle Under Lyme.

This is a full-time position offering 3 full days at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch and then one day at a branch practice in Stoke. Working hours are 9am - 7pm and there is a 1:3 Saturday rota at Newcastle Under Lyme. There is no OOH requirement.

The Vet would be joining and working alongside a team of three Vets at Newcastle Under Lyme. This is an established practice who have a lovely loyal client base along with a supportive and friendly team. They are equipped with two consulting rooms, nurse consult room, theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound and more.

Who are they looking for?

The Vet must be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations and enjoy establishing and building working relationships with clients and colleagues. The Vet will have ambition and the motivation to progress in their clinical skills and knowledge and within a particular bias. They will be able to work up cases using standard diagnostics.

Package:

  • Salary: Up to 60,000 Commensurate to experience pro rata
