Professional veterinary recruitment

We are working with a small animal veterinary practice on the outskirts of Stockton on Tees who are currently recruiting for a registered veterinary nurse to join their team. The position is 39.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8:30am and 6:30pm each day. Weekends are shared between the team, with the current rota seeing nurses work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. There is no out of hours involved as the practice outsources this.

• OOH: None required, outsourced when practice closes

About the practice:

A well-established, traditional but forward-thinking small animal veterinary practice who are well known within the local area. They pride themselves on the level of care provided and strive to only improve in the future.

The practice is well equipped throughout with full laboratory facilities, surgical facilities, consulting rooms and other high-tech equipment.

The Person:

They are looking for a qualified veterinary nurse who is registered with the RCVS, has previous experience working in a similar role, has excellent all round nursing skills and is willing to learn & develop with continued training.

The Package:

• Salary from 19,000 to 23,000 per annum

Must have:

Valid RCVS registration

1 + years qualified veterinary nurse experience
