Permanent Veterinary Nurse - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This role is full time role offering flexible working patterns to suit the work life balance. The role can offer 4 or 4.5 days per week with shifts between 8am and 7pm. There is a 1:6 Weekend rota working 8.30am - 5pm. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

About the role

• Your duties will involve assisting the vets in surgeries, placing IV catheters, taking blood samples and nurse clinics. The Nurse will receive a set shift per day EG: Operations Nurse, inpatient nurse, consulting nurse or floating nurse.
• The role can offer a 4 day week or sometimes the nurses work 4.5 if they want a slightly longer week.
• The Nurse would be working alongside 5 Vets, 6 Nurses and 2 VCAs.

• Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
