Permanent Veterinary Nurse - East Dulwich, London

We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in East Dulwich, London for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This role is full time for 37 hours per week over 4 days, along with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

• Established 1st opinion practice
• 3 Practice sites
• Large team of 20 vets, 12 RVNs, 10 VCAs and 22 support team
• They are fully equipped with all the toys including Ultrasound, Dental x-ray, Ultrasonic dental machine, ECG, equipped in house laboratory and separate cat and dog wards
• They pride themselves on providing the most safest care to patients. Everything gets recorded, incidents, manual charts, training etc
• They only use the best drugs available to treat patients
• They are continuing to grow and believe this is due to their ethos that the team are the most important thing which enables it a very enjoyable place to work
• The practice provides a high standard of care and customer service to all its patients and clients.

About you

• They are looking for a nurse who will fit in with their team culture
• Ideally the RVN will be confident in their abilities which will then in turn enable them to be able to provide a high level of pet care
• This is a busy practice and sometimes and can often be busy and sometimes high powered so it is important that the nurse is comfortable in this area and is able to prioritise their time and tasks.
• They are looking for someone who would join in and have fun with the team
• The Nurse will have great communication skills and have an approachable manner
• They will provide an excellent service to all clients and be able to build rapport easily

Package

• Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
• Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, including bank holidays and birthday off
