We are in search of a permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an independent first opinion practice in Bournemouth, Dorset. Full or part time hours available, 40 or 30 hours per week. No OOHs or on call work, and just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota.

Key Details:

• Hours: Full-time 40 hours (part-time available 30 hours per week)
• Weekdays: Mixture of shifts 8:30am to 2:30pm,10:30am to 7pm
• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
• OOH: None required
• Team: 1 Vet 1SVN with support staff
• Consultations: 15 Minutes
• Other: Varied caseload including some orthopaedics

Well established, family run RCVS accredited small animal practice. Since opening over 50 years ago the practice has gained an excellent reputation for its service and patient care. This is a small, close-knit team who will share the practice ethos of continually striving to deliver care of the highest standards.

Person:

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and competent Registered Veterinary Nurse with a positive attitude to all areas of the role. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in practice.

Package:

• 13 to 15 per hour
• RCVS fees
• VDS cover
• Pension scheme
• Must haves:
• RCVS registered and qualified
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication skills
