Job description

We are recruiting for a permanent Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal practice in Ayr Scotland.

The practice is beautifully located on the coast and comprises of a team of 6 Vets, RVNS and supporting staff. They are part of three practice sites in total and offer a wide range of Veterinary Services and facilities using the latest technology.

About the role

They are requiring a full time Veterinary Nurse to join their team. the Nurse must have excellent clinical skills with a good level of general nursing experience. There will be some mentoring and training involved so a clinical coach would be preferred however not essential. The willing to become a clinical coach would be advantageous. They must have excellent customer service skills and very much enjoy client interaction and be able to build working relationships easily. The practice pride themselves on providing exceptional veterinary care and customer service so it is important that the nurse shares and practices this ethos. The role is full time working 1:4 weekend and no ooh.

Must have:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
