Our client in Berkhamsted have a new opening for a registered veterinary nurse to join them on the day rota, on a fixed term contract for 1 year. You will work alongside a very experienced high achieving team in a friendly environment. This is a full-time position working 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday with a weekend rota. This is a well-established practice with a loyal client base.There are opportunities and encouragement given to further develop your areas of interest.

• Type: Small Animal
• Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week
• Weekends: On a rota
• Sole charge: None
• OOH None
• Lieu time: Time off in lieu when worked a weekend or additional payment
• Team: Large Multi Vet and RVN team with supporting staff
• Consultations: 15 Minutes

About you:

• You will be an experienced nurse competent in all areas of general nursing
• You will be motivated with a genuine passion for animal welfare
• Previous experience in clinical coaching would be advantageous
• You will consistently deliver a high standard of clinical care
• You will have excellent communication and customer interfacing skills

Package:

• Salary: 23,000 to 30,000 pro rata
• Holidays: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and Birthday off
• CPD: Generous allowance of 500 and 2 days off to attend
