Permanent Veterinary Surgeon

£35,000 - £45,000

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with a 1:3 weekend rota. This is a growing practice offering a variety of 1st opinion Veterinary Services. The practice sees a wide variety of cases including more complicated medical cases and offers soft tissue surgery. The practice has a team of 2 Vet, 4 Nurses, 1 VCA and reception staff.

Up to £55,000 per year

This is a full-time role working a 4-day week with a weekend rota of 1:3. The practice would also accept applications from part time Vets as they can offer flexible working hours. They require a Vet with a good level of 1st opinion small animal experience to join their team. The Vet will be confident in routine surgeries and consultations and be able to male good clinical decisions. The practice has recently gone through a refurbishment and is bright and spacious with facilities including isolation wards for both dogs and carts and a large theatre and prep area. The Vet would be joining the clinical director who has areas of special interest in dentistry, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery and they also hold a certificate in dermatology.
