We are working alongside a well established, small animal practice in Redhill, Surrey who require an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The practice is independently owned, with a friendly longstanding team of staff giving the practice a true family feel.

They are based in a thoughtfully converted building, and are well equipped with the latest technology, making use of 3 consulting rooms, operating theatre, separate kennels and cattery.

The role will involve working 4 days per week, carrying out a mixture of consulting and operating. The practice is proud to provide out of hours care to its own clients, allowing continuity of care. The rota is one night per week, and tends to be fairly quiet. A nurse stays in practice and triages calls. 2 in 9 weekends are spent on call.

• OOHs: 1 night on call per week, weekend on call rota
• Team: Experienced and friendly multi-vet team with 8 RVNs in practice

Package:

• 40,000 to 50,000 negotiable DOE
• Bonus scheme
• 28 days holiday (bank holidays worked on a rota)

• RCVS and VDS fees covered plus two other veterinary memberships
• Further study supported and encouraged

Must haves:

• RCVS registered and qualified
• 3 years of postgraduate experience working in practice
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Valid UK driving license
