We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a charity hospital in Leicester. This is a full or part time role and the practice has various options available such as a 8am to 8pm shift every Sunday or a 8am to 8pm shift on a Saturday and Sunday every week with two weekday shifts of 8:30am to 6pm, or a rota pattern with every other weekend featuring.

This is a purpose-built animal hospital offering state of the art facilities along with a wide range of varying cases enabling plenty of exposure to develop your clinical skill set and knowledge. The role offers the Vet the opportunity to deal with a wide range of both soft tissue and orthopaedic cases with plenty of support available. The Vet will need to have excellent client facing and interpersonal skills and demonstrate and excellent amount of experience in customer service along with being able to work well as part of a team.

• Responsible for managing cases cost-effectively, encouraging financial contributions from clients

Package:

• Salary: 35,865 to 50,949 pro rata, commensurate to experience
