Permanent Night Veterinary Surgeon - Warrington, Cheshire

We are recruiting for a Permanent Night Veterinary Surgeon to join an OOH service in Warrington, Cheshire.This role is part time for 7 nights on and 14 nights off with shifts between 7pm and 8pm. You must be confident working sole charge as this will be required.

This is an established practice who are moving into branch new refurbished premises and are establishing a new OOH service.

They are looking for three ECC vets to join this team. The roles will involve looking after inpatients and any emergency cases from both the practice and all their other sister branches within the surrounding area.

They all share the caring ethos regarding both clients and pets. They regularly have team discussions looking at ways they can progress, and they share case discussions and best practice thus offering opportunities to develop skills and knowledge. They would be looking for a Vet to share this practice culture also.

About you:

• You will be confident in sole charge work
• Ideally you will have previous experience in OOH work
• You will be confident with routine surgeries and consultations

• You will be confident with the occasional sole charge
• The role is determined on years of experience and be catered to suit but ultimately the Vet needs to be ambitious looking to develop clinical skills and knowledge

• Salary: Up to £70,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
