Job description

We are recruiting for a Permanent Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Scunthorpe Lincolnshire.

The practice are offering this role on either a full or part time basis.

Full time is working a 7 night on and 7 night off rota. Part time can be offered on a rota of 4 nights on 10 nights off or 3 nights on and 11 nights off.

This is a busy 24hr practice which offers state of the art facilities.

The practices provide a high standard of clinical care and pride themselves on having staff members who stand apart from the rest and have a real passion and vision for how they work. They provide ongoing training and support to all team members through dedicated training centres. All staff also benefit from the access to the best diagnostic equipment such as MRI machines and CT scanners and state of the art operating theatres in the state-of-the-art Animal Hospital.

The role is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about emergency and critical care work.

The Vet is not required to have had pervious experience working nights however would be advantageous. The role would be ideal for a Vet who is an ECC certificate holder or someone who would like to work towards it and this would be funded and supported. They Vet must be confident in sole charge work and be confident in making sound clinical judgment.

Package:

  • Salary: Up to 65,000 for full time commensurate to experience
