Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

We are recruiting on behalf of an incredible NEW small animal practice in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon. This role is full time and can offer a 4 or 5 day working week to suit you, weekends will be very infrequent but the odd Saturday maybe required at another branch which is just 15 minutes away. The practice are willing to be more flexible to suit you. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

- Team: You will be a Sole Charge Vet initially helping to build out the team

About you:
- They are looking for a confident vet with strong experience looking for an opportunity to have influence over a new practice
- You will have a passion for the industry and creating a postive and compassionate space for owners and their pets
- You will have the desire and capability to lead a team in future and make clinical decisions
- You will have excellent communications skills and client facing skills
- You will have a positive attitude and show empathy to both clients and team members
- You will encourage ongoing development of the team
- You must be confident to work as a Sole Charge Vet initially
- You will be a team player and be able to work in a collaborative manner
Package
- Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
- Holidays: 25 days holidays + your birthday off

Must haves:
- RCVS registered and qualified or soon to be
