Permanent Head Veterinary Nurse - Ealing, Greater London

We are recruiting on behalf of a first opinion small animal practice in Ealing for a Permanent Head Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. There will be no weekends, OOH work or on-call duties.

About the role

• The role will involve working a rotation of inpatient care, consulting, nurse clincs and surgery.
• The role can be catered to interests as the practice have the capacity to allow focus on certain areas.
• You will play a vital role in promoting preventative health care and educating our clients in this area
• The HVN will work alongside the Clinical Directror, 2 Vets, 2 Nurses and a support team.

• This is a busy first opinion practice close to an underground station
• Their facilities include 2 consulting rooms, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, rhinoscopy, multiparameter, suction, electrocautery, in-house laboratory and microscopy
• They promote a supportive and inclusive culture, and it can be felt within their working environment
• They work closely with local animal charities, including Cats Protection
• They have visiting specialists for orthopaedics and laparoscopy

Package

• Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
• Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
