Our clients in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire are urgently looking for a Locum veterinary surgeon to join them. They need a candidate to start ASAP with a view to staying ongoing, however they are very open to discussing different dates or time periods.

The ideally need full time cover but again will discuss part time hours/different shifts. The role is consultations only and will mainly include vaccinations.

Start date: ASAP

End date: Ongoing/Flexible booking dates

Hours Mon-Fri: Ideal hours would be 9:00am until 7:00pm, however this is flexible

Weekends: None required, practice closed

OOH: None required, outsourced

Team: 1 Vet, 1 Nurse and 1 VCA

Sole Charge: You will be the sole vet on site

Consult times: 15-minute appointments

Branch work: None required

Accommodation: Allowance can be provided if you are not local/able to commute

Other: 1 hour lunch break & 2 x 15 minute breaks provided. Last consults at 6pm and free parking is provided.

Must haves:

RCVS Registered & Qualified or soon to be.

Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Have excellent verbal / written communication skills
