We have taken the positives out of this year and with being in a strong, stable position with exciting plans in place we are initially looking to take on three additional team members to join our multi-award winning VS family ideally around April / May time. This is a warm desk covering both locum and permanent veterinary recruitment across the UK and Overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and select top talent in the Veterinary Market
• Fully qualify all relevant candidates, establishing facts and motivations whilst matching to suitable roles within the Veterinary profession
• Manage the complete candidate experience from post qualification through to interview and acceptance stage
• Consulting and engaging with pre-existing clients as well as new clients and developing strong long-term client relationships
• Manage all client recruitment requirements, from inception to completion
• Continue to develop and grow our candidate and client network
• Creating job descriptions and candidate specifications
• Coordinating with other team members and following the processes
• Have fun!

1. Ideally you will be already be working in, or have a recent proven track record in the Recruitment sector
