A lovely mixed independent veterinary practice dedicated to providing an excellent standard of care located outside of York, North Yorkshire is looking for a permanent full time mixed veterinary surgeon working a 4.5 day week with a healthy weekend / on call rota to join there fourteen vet team. Hours Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm working a 4.5 day week Weekends: Based on a 12 week, you would work 1 weekend being 1st on call, the second weekend being 2nd on call and the 3rd weekend covering morning consults 9.00am - 1.00pm. Offer emergency care is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and is always provided by two veterinary surgeons from their own practice, ensuring prompt attention to all urgent calls. Holiday: 20 days plus banks increase 1 day per year worked up to 25 days. CPD: They offer no min or max and very much open to support what you would like to do.

We are working with an independent small animal practice in Kirkcaldy, Fife who are currently recruiting for a small animal veterinary surgeon to join them on a permanent basis. This practice Is willing to be very suitable on working hours, they are open a 4-day week working 10-hour shifts, or a 5 day week working 8 hour shifts. They outsource all of their out of hours and just ask the vets to be involved on the 1 in 4 Saturday rota working from 9am-5pm. The vets do not work any sole charge as there is always another vet on site. Hours Mon-Fri: 4- or 5-day week, working 10 or 8 hour shifts. An independently owned small animal veterinary practice with 4 sites across the local area. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years practice experience behind them since qualifying, as at the moment they are not able to support a new graduate.

Our client requires locum vet cover from 01/06/2021 - 05/06/2021, with the potential of also covering Saturday 29th June, at their small animal practice near Colwyn Bay. The hours for the weekdays are from 8am - 7pm and on a Saturday 8am - 12 noon. The consultation hours during the week are 8:30-10:30am and 16-18:30pm with time for operations in the middle of the day, consultations on Saturday are from 8:30-11:30am. There are no out of hours, these are covered by Vets Now. It is sole charge and there is accommodation available if necessary.
