We are working with an Independent veterinary practice located near to Scarborough, North Yorkshire who are recruiting for qualified veterinary surgeon to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role involves working 4 days a week (9am until 6pm each day) and 1 in 4 weekends on a shared rota. Branch work: None required, sole practice An independently owned small animal practice in the Scarborough area with a close knit team of veterinary professionals who provide a high standard of care. The practice is family run and even though they only have a small team, have a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a veterinary surgeon with 1+ years' experience working in a UK practice.

This role offers a 35-hour week with a weekend rota of 1:2 Saturday mornings and no ooh! Located on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast this position offers an excellent work / life balance. The practice is purpose built, modern and spacious and offers a wide variety of 1st opinion veterinary services and facilities. The practice is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is competent in routine surgeries and consultations. The surgeon will be expected to work well as part of a team, have excellent communication and customer service skills. The practice are keen to develop any key skills and areas of expertise or special interest.
