Job description
We are recruiting a permanent Veterinary surgeon to join a small animal practice in Maldon, Essex.
This is a full or part time position working 4 days per week. There is a weekend rota of 1:4 which would be shared and there is no ooh rota.
The surgeon would be joining a team of 2 Vets, 5 RVNS along with supporting staff. It is a friendly and supportive team, and they all pride themselves on excellent clinical care and customer service.
It is a purpose built modern and spacious practice offering on site parking. They have wide range of equipment from Digital X-Ray through to orthopaedic kits. T
About the role:
The practice requires a confident surgeon who can do a mixture on consults and surgery and be confident enough to do bitch sprays sole charge as on weekends the surgeon will required to be sole charge. They must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Ideally the surgeon will be very experienced however if a new grad can perform what is required then then the practice is more than happy to have a new grad. Areas of special interest are fully supported and encouraged.

You will have excellent all-round surgeon skills
You will be able to do consultations and surgery sole charge
You will be able to do a bitch spray unassisted

Package:
Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 DOE
