Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join a brand-new practice in Guildford Surrey.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Vet to inspire and lead a new team. This role is idea for a Vet who is looking to progress into a partnership role and is looking for a steppingstone role.

The role offers the Clinical Director the opportunity to run a practice like it was their own but with the support of the whole group. The role also offers a fantastic work life balance as there is no ooh.

The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring excellent clinical care is provided each day within the practice and the team work well together supporting one another. The ideal Vet will have a good level of small animal experienced as a GP and will have excellent client facing skills.

Areas of special interest and post graduate qualifications are welcomed, and they are also encouraged and supported should the Clinical Director wish to pursue something.

It is vital that the Clinical Director has ambition and passion and the motivation to develop a brand-new practice.

About You:

Package

  • Salary: Up to 70,000 pro rata commensurate to experience
