We have an exciting opportunity at Bedworth for a Clinical Director. In this role, the ideal candidate will go above and beyond for our patients and clients while conducting day to day duties, always putting pets first.

They will demonstrate natural leadership skills and manage a team of six talented and enthusiastic individuals. They will be personable and show an outstanding level of care and empathy towards all patients and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a sense of competence and confidence in working sole charge and dealing with both clinical examination and surgery gained from previous experience in working with small animals. They will be able to develop a trusting and caring relationship with patients and clients by using their excellent communication skills and mediation experience. They will be a shining example to those around them.

The candidate will also be granted the opportunity for a Branch Partnership which allows partners to retain the complete support of the wider regional team while owning part of the clinic and experiencing complete clinical freedom.

About you

• You will ideally have a bias or area of specialism that you would like to pursue
• You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience
• You will be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations
• You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic Surgeon.
• An interest in pursuing a certificate would be supported and encouraged
• You will be ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon

• You will enjoy mentoring and coaching others and sharing knowledge and experience

Package:

• Salary: 66,469 per annum, Commensurate to experience pro rata
