Due to continued success (even during the pandemic), we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter who works well under-pressure to join our multi-award winning VS family covering both locum and permanent veterinary recruitment across the UK and Overseas. We offer sustainable career progression with the goal to developing highly successful and well-rounded recruiters!

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Identify and select top talent in the veterinary market.

Fully qualify all relevant candidates, establishing facts and motivations whilst matching to suitable roles within the Veterinary profession

Manage the complete candidate experience from post qualification through to interview and acceptance stage

Developing and maintain a good understanding of our veterinary client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.

Delivering the highest level of service to pre-existing clients as well as new clients and developing strong long-term client relationships.

Manage all client recruitment requirements, from inception to completion

Continue to develop and grow our candidate and client network

Creating job descriptions and candidate specifications

Coordinating with other team members and following the companies processes

To maintain exceptional levels of customer service at all times.

Continuous self-improvement around all aspects of the role.

What's on offer?

Salary: 18,000 - 27,000 per year DOE - With basic increase against target achievement.

Fantastic commission structure, paying up to 30% of what you generate (Unrivalled) - Paid monthly - First year OTE 30,000 to 40,000+

Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm with an early finish on a Friday - No Weekends

We are open for negotiation on working hours
