Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for two permanent Vets to join a practice in Doncaster South Yorkshire.

These are full time positions working 40 hours per week with a 1:4 weekend rota and no ooh! Offering a great work / life balance the practice require a Vet to join their team of 3 Vets, 1 HVN, 3 RVNS, 2 SVNs and 1 VCA. There is also a non-clinical support team.

The practice requires a forward-thinking Vet and someone who enjoys utilising their skills to their full potential. The practice encourages their nurse team to carry our schedule 3 procedures and ensure that everyone within the team can develop their clinical skills.

The practice sees a varied case load and the role will involve a mixture of consultations and surgeries with some exotic work involved also. They have a purpose-built practice with facilities including ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, and an in-house laboratory.

The Vet will be proactive with great client skills. They will have a good amount of medical and surgical experience. There is a small element of sole charge required so it is important that the Vet is confident in this area. They will enjoy all aspects of the role and will be committed to delivering a high standard of clinical care. They will work well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.

Package

  • Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 pro rata commensurate to experience
