A lovely independent small animal practice located in Buckinghamshire whom are in a stage of further growth, are looking for two full or part time permanent veterinary surgeons to join their experienced two vet team. The clinic is fully independent which provides them with then freedom to ensure they drive both excellence in patient care whilst also having some fun along the way.

You will be working a 4 day week (same day of each week) from 9am to 6pm and the hours are structured to help work/life balance. They have a close, family orientated supportive team and are keen to find a couple of colleagues who are eager to advance in their career (support your with a certificate) grow with them and who enjoys working collaboratively with the team.

They also offer a 2500 golden hello bonus!.

Key Details:

• Independent familied owned small animal practice
• Hours Mon to Fri: 4 day working week with the same day of each week - hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Weekends: 1 in 3 / 4 Saturdays 9.00am to 2.00pm - No Sundays
• OOH: None
• Bank Holidays: None, practice is closed on these
• They have a varied caseload and allow you to full work these up from start to finish
• Sole charge: Limited - one day per week and on Saturdays with support available if needed
• Team: Currently 2 vet, 2 nurse and experience support team - looking for two additional vets and more nurses

About them:

They have invested in state of the art equipment including a digital x-ray machine, a dental suite, in house laboratory, an ultrasound machine and a fully equipped operating theatre so that they are fully functional in many aspects of diagnosis and surgery.

Established independent family run SA practice with a very friendly client base.

They offer services from micro-chipping through to orthopaedics surgery.

Package:

• 2500 Golden handshake paid
• Salary between 50k to 60K
• 4 day working week - No OOH
• RCVS and VDS fees paid
• Work place pension in place
• 4 weeks play bank holidays (practice closes on banks)
• Open to CPD allowance
• Happy to support and fund certificates

Must haves:

RCVS Registered & Qualified or soon to be.

Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Have excellent verbal / written communication skills
