We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a brand-new practice in Staines Upon Thames in Surrey next spring!

This brand-new practice is looking for full or part time Veterinary Surgeon. The ideal Vet will have good medical and surgical skills and it would be advantageous if they have some emergency surgery experience. The role will include a shared weekend rota and there will be an element of sole charge, so it is important that the Vet is confident in this area. There is no OOH requirement.

• You will have good general medical and surgical skills
• You will be confident in some sole charge work when required.
• You will have an approachable, empathetic, and caring attitude
• You will be passionate about all aspects of your Veterinary Work
• You will be happy to share knowledge and mentor others where required
• You will be able to establish good working relationships with clients and be confident in all consultations
• You will contribute to the practice with ideas enabling them to stay at the forefront of clinical thinking whilst also maintaining the ethos of providing a high standard of clinical care to all pets.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop a great rapport with both clients and staff.
• You will be a strong team player
• Ambition to pursue an area of special interest would be supported

Package

• Salary: Salary range: 35,000 - 50,000 Commensurate to experience
• Holiday allowance: 20 days holiday increasing with service plus bank holidays plus Birthdays off
