Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal first opinion practice in Southend on Sea Essex for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.

The practice can offer a flexible contract for either full or part time contract to ensure a good work / life balance.

They have a large supportive team comprising of 3 Vets and 5 Nurses. It is a purpose-built practice which is fully equipped offering a range of services and facilities including CT, ECG and endoscopy.

Close to all local amenities and the lovely sea front this is a picturesque place to work in.

About the role

The practice always have two vets working at any one time however there are still the occasional times when sole charge is required so it is important that the Vet is comfortable with this. They will need to be confident in routine and medical cases. They will enjoy establishing good working relationships with clients and fellow team members. The practice support development so if the Vet would like to develop an area of special interest with CPD or training this is welcomed.

About You:

Package

  • Salary: Up to 50,000 pro rata commensurate to experience
