Job description

We are recruiting a Permanent Veterinary Surgeons to join a small animal practice in Rye East Sussex.

The position is full time working 4 days per week with a shared weekend rota of 2:9. There maybe some sole charge work involved at times. There is no OOH.

The practice and the branches are well established and provide a wide range of modern veterinary services and facilities. They have state of the art equipment and offer 24-hour care. They boast an excellent reputation within the local areas and pride themselves on taking part in local events. They offer excellent veterinary care to all patients and have a traditional value. They have a large team of highly experienced Veterinary Surgeons and see a wide variety of cases both routine and more complex. They also offer visiting specialists.

About the role

The practice require a Veterinary Surgeon who has a minimum of 1 -2 years experience. The role will be based at both their main site along with branch work. They must share the practices traditional core values and provided excellent veterinary care. They must be able be able to establish excellent working relationships with clients and have excellent communication and customer care skills. They will have a caring and approachable attitude with a genuine passion for animal welfare. Areas of special interest are supported.

Person:
