Job description

We have an opportunity for a Permanent Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Matlock.

The practice is looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon who has good experience gained in a small animal practice, excellent communication skills, high clinical standards and the ability to create trusting relationships with the clients. You will be able to deal with consultations and perform surgeries confidently in order to provide the gold standard of care to the practice's patients and clients and to ensure the practice runs smoothly. You will also be confident working sole charge as this is a required aspect of the role.

The role involves working full time for 39 hours per week over 4 days, along with a shared weekend and bank holiday rota.

Package:

  • Salary: Up to 57,000 per annum, dependant on experience
