Job description

We are recruiting a permanent veterinary surgeon to join a small animal practice in Longstanton, Cambridgeshire. This is a part-time role working a 10.5-hour week.

You will be working independently and alongside another highly experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon at the Longstanton branch practice in Cambridgeshire. You will also be supported by a team of Nurses, PCA's, Receptionists along with a highly experienced Village Vet central office team.

The role

The role will be fully supported with management and the Vet will have the opportunity to develop clinical skills and knowledge as well as areas of special interest.

The Vet will have excellent customer service skills and build up client relationships easily. They will also be able to work well as part of a team as there is a large team within the small animal Hospital. The Vet must be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing a high standard of clinical care.

  • Hours: 10.5 hours a week

  • Team: Multi Vet and RVN practice with supporting staff
  • Consultations: 15 Minutes

Package:

  • Salary - 45,000 -60,000 commensurate to experience pro rata
