We are recruiting for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in the Welton Lincolnshire. This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week with a 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekend rota.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Vet to make the practice their own and drive it forward. It is a sole charge position and would suit an ambitious dynamic Vet.

The practice has an established client base and comes with lots of potential to grow further. They are fully equipped with the latest technology including Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, endoscope, and k-laser. The practices provide a high standard of clinical care and pride themselves on having staff members who stand apart from the rest and have a real passion and vision for how they work. They provide ongoing training and support to all team members through dedicated training centres.

All staff also benefit from the access to the best diagnostic equipment such as MRI machines and CT scanners and state of the art operating theatres in the nearest state-of-the-art Animal Hospital.

The Vet will be working alongside a Registered Veterinary Nurse and a PCA and will have the support of 4 other practices within the region.

They are looking for a Vet who has a minimum of 2 years' experience and someone who is confident in sole chare work. They must have excellent client facing skills and be able to build up strong working relationships with clients and deliver a high standard of clinical care. They will have ambition and motivation to drive the practice forward and to continue to develop their career. Package:

• Salary: Up to 65,00 Commensurate to experience
