We are recruiting a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Leicester

This is a full-time role working 4 days per week with no ooh.

This is an established mixed animal practice who seek an additional Veterinary Surgeon to join their small animal team. The practice is located in a semi-rural location however it is close to all the local towns and the City of Leicester.

About the role

They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon. They need to have a good level of experience in small animal and be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations.

They have a friendly and supportive team which when combined equals a wealth of experience which they are happy to share and pass their skills on. They all have a caring and approachable attitude, and it is important that the Vet also has along with excellent customer service and communications skills. The position offers plenty of scope for clinical growth and development and areas of special interest are supported.

Previous experience in a mixed role would be advantageous but note essential as this is a small animal position.

The practice also supports new graduates, so it is important that they Vet is willing to help support and mentor others and share skills and knowledge where required.

Package:

• Salary 33,000 - 50,000 pro rata
