Job description

We are recruiting for a Permanent mixed / small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a mixed practice in Hull East Yorkshire. This is a full-time position however the practice would consider two part time roles equalling a job share.

This is a modern and established practice which offers a wide range of veterinary services and facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, doppler, endoscope, tonometry, large animal x-ray and ultrasound. The small animal OOH service is covered by a provider and the practice provide their own ooh cover for equine and farm animal. This is on a rota basis.

The practice offers a varied case load along with support as they pride themselves on being a close-knit team. they are in a beautiful rural area of East Yorkshire and can offer a great work / life balance to the right candidate.

The Vet would be joining a large friendly team of 13 Vets along with supporting nurses and non-clinical staff.

We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our mixed practice in Hull. This position is full time, but we would also consider a job share or part time role for the right candidate. We are a modern, well equipped 2 branch practice, our facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound with doppler, endoscope, tonometry, sevoflurane anaesthesia, large animal x-ray and ultrasound. Small animal OOH is covered by Vets Now and large animal / equine OOH is covered by our own vets on a rota basis. We offer the varied caseload and support of a large practice, but with the close-knit team and familiar atmosphere typically found in a smaller practice. Our location gives you easy access to city life, beautiful rural Yorkshire, and the seaside to provide a great work / life balance!

The practice can provide additional training to a Vet up to certificate level.
