We are recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Christchurch Dorset. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with a 1:3 weekend rota. There is sole charge on a weekend. There is no ooh. There is also the option for part time applications.

This is an established practice which has a large loyal client base and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. they see a variety of cases including some exotics.

They consider themselves to be a forward-thinking proactive practice and pride themselves on creating an enjoyable place to work in. The Veterinary work is equally shared out and all veterinary skills are utilised to the max.

They are looking for a Vet who has good level of surgical experience and be confident in routine surgeries and consultations. They will be confident in some sole charge work on weekends. They Vet will be enthusiastic with a genuine passion for animal welfare and have excellent client care skills.

• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop a great rapport with both clients and staff.

• Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 commensurate to experience per annum
