Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of an independent practice in Bargate, Derbyshire for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon. They are looking to expand their team with a newly graduated vet.

This role is full time for 4 days per week with the same day off each week, along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings. There is no other weekend work or OOH requirements.

Each day the Vet receives two hours blocked out for lunch enabling them to catch up on any admin work that they need to do whilst also having a good break. The offer 15-minute consultations as a standard and also offer longer for more complex cases and euthanasia's. The practice has a small close-knit team of 3 Vets, 3 Nurses and 3 receptionists and the Vet will be able to draw on the experiences from other Vets.

The practice is able to offer accommodation for a relocation or if required.

Package:

  • Salary: 27,000 to 32,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
