Professional veterinary recruitment

We are recruiting two permanent registered Veterinary Nurses to join a practice in Southampton Hampshire. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with a generous weekend rota of 1:4 comprising of Saturdays only and no ooh!

This is a modern purpose-built practice offering state of the art facilities including digital x-ray, endoscope, and a dedicated nurse consultation room.

They are well known within the community for providing a high standard of veterinary care.

The practice are looking for two Registered Nurses to join their established team.

The RVNS need to be hard working and dedicated to providing excellent clinical care to all patients. They must have excellent client facing skills and be able to build strong working relationships with clients and fellow team members. The RVNS will have a good level of nursing experience and a passional for animal welfare. There are clinical coaching opportunities and if the RVN has experience in clinical coaching this would be advantageous.

• Consultations: 10 Minutes
• Team: 3 Vet, 4 Nurses and reception team

• You will have excellent all-round nursing skills.
• You will enjoy running nurse clinics
• You will have clinical coaching experience or looking to become a clinical coach
• You will work to deliver a high standard of clinical care and have a can-do attitude!
• You will have a motivated and passionate attitude
• You will be keen to develop an area of special interest
• You will be willing to go the extra mile within your duties
• You will have strong organisational skills
• You will have a genuine passion for animal welfare including preventative healthcare
• You will have excellent communications skills and be able to develop working relationships with clients and fellow members of staff

Package:

• Salary: 21,000 - 24,000 pro rata
