Our independent small animal clients in Uckfield, East Sussex are currently recruiting for an additional veterinary nurse to join them permanently, working Saturdays. Ideally you will be available to work every Saturday however they would consider every other Saturday as well. They may also consider candidate looking for a couple of days part time during the week as well.

Key Details:

• Type: Small animal only
• Hours: Saturdays 8am until 12:00pm, ideally every Saturday or every others
• OOH: None required
• Team: 10 Vets, 8 Nurses and other support staff
• Branch work: None required.

About them:

A caring small animal practice in East Sussex who provide all round care for their clients within the local area. They are a traditional practice with long established values who pride themselves on the level of care they are able to provide. They are fully equipped with diagnostic, surgical, medical and dental facilities, as well as x-ray, ultrasound ECG and in house laboratory.

The Person:

You will need to be a confident veterinary nurse with a strong skills set and comfortable working alone if needed. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing the highest standards of care.

The Package:

• Hourly rate between 9 and 12 per hour, depending on experience
• CPD supported

Must have:

RCVS registered and qualified

Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom

Excellent customer service and communication skills
