We are currently recruiting for registered veterinary nurses or final year student nurses to join a small animal Independent group of practices on the outskirts of Dudley, West Midlands.

This is a busy first opinion practices whose ethos is based on clinical excellence, excellent customer service and patient care. They have 5 branches in total across the area, of which you may be required to cover across them all.

The role comprises of a 37.5-hour week on a rota basis with a mixture of shifts 7.30am - 3.30pm, 11.30am - 7.30pm or 12pm - 8pm. Some of the branches work only 9am - 7.30pm and 8am - 1pm. There is also a team of night nurses who cover the OOH service however an RVN with previous night experience would be advantageous should there ever be a need for urgent cover. Weekends are required on a 1 in 4 rota, either at the main practice or one of the branches.

All though this role is ideally full time, flexible working patterns will be considered for the right candidates.

The role is suitable for either qualified RVN's or final year Student Nurses, candidates who are looking to develop their clinical skill set and knowledge and utilise all their nursing skills to the maximum are preferred. This is an award-winning practice and therefore, you will be surrounded with excellent and supportive members of staff.

The practice has a strong ethos on personal development and CPD and continual learning is actively supported and encouraged.

• Type: Small animal only

• OOH: None required but extra shifts could be picked up

• Consultations: 15 minute appointments
