Job description

We are recruiting for a Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a brand-new practice in Handforth Cheshire.

The role is available on a full or part time basis with no ooh and a weekend rota.

This is a brand-new state of the art practice which is opening soon. It is purpose built and will have state of the art facilities and offer a wide range of modern veterinary services and facilities.

About the role

The role involves all aspects of general nursing and there will be plenty of opportunities to ensure that the RVNS skills are used to their full potential The role will involve consultations, theatre work and in particular the nurses will play an integral clinical role in the caring for patients.

The practice is looking for an ambitious RVN and someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and take on more responsibility. Therefore, the role would suit a more experienced RVN and someone who works to a high clinical standard and has excellent communication and client facing skills. They will have a motivated and positive attitude and work well with others as part of a team.

They will be flexible and approachable with a caring and empathetic nature. They will enjoy building client relationships to grow the client base within he practices and have a genuine passion for animal welfare.
