We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join a practice in Darlington North Yorkshire. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with some shared OOH and weekend work.

The practice is recruiting due to continual growth. They are a large 3 practice site in Darlington and boast a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment and offer a wide variety of veterinary services - including major surgery and a specialised cat and exotic service.

They are looking for an RVN who is passionate and is driven and looking for a role where they can continue to progress and expand their knowledge further. The role offers a varied caseload, and the the nurse will be involved in cases from nursing seals and reptiles to assisting the Vets in advanced surgical cases. For a Nurse looking for a role where they can really progress their knowledge and clinical skills then this offers it all.

The RVN must be a team player with excellent client and communication skills. They will have a positive and approachable manner and will be happy to take on clinical coaching duties and support SVNs where required. They will also take part in nurse clinics.

• You will have a good amount of nursing experience in all aspects of nursing
• You will have good organisational skills

• You will enjoy running nurse clinics

Package:

• Salary: Salary up to 21,000 - 28,000 PA commensurate to experience
