Professional veterinary recruitment

We are recruiting on behalf of a small friendly practice based near Croydon, who are in need of two exceptional RVNs to join their brilliant team on a full-time, permanent basis. Both positions would suite either experienced RVNS or more recently qualified.

The practice is RCVS accredited, and provides the highest standards of care to patients at all times, whilst delivering ongoing support to clients. The practice are contuininbg to grow and are looking for nurses who can contuinue to develop nurse led clinics.

This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week with varied shifts between 8am and 6:30pm. The joining nurse will take part in a Saturday rota of 1 in 3, working from 8am to 1pm. No out of hours or Sundays will be required.

About the role:

The role involves all aspects of general nursing from assisting the veterinary surgeon in theatre, administering medications, ward work, nurse clinics to greeting clients and booking them in.

They are looking for an enthusiastic friendly nurse who has s genuine passion for animal welfare. Excellent customer service skills are key and the ability to work well as part of a team. A nurse with a good level of general nursing experience would be advantageous.

• Offers routine surgeries along with more complex Orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries
• Offers excellent customer service and has an excellent reputation within the community
• Provides state of the art equipment and facilities with expertise in internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, rehabilitation, surgery and more

Facilities:

The practice offers a range of modern veterinary services and facilities including:

• Ultrasound
• Digital X - Ray
• Dental Suite
• Orthopaedics surgeries and soft tissue surgeries service
• In patient facilities
• Separate waiting rooms and wards for dogs and cats

The Package:

• 25,000 to 28,000

Must have:

• RCVS registered and qualified
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
