We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an independent practice near Burgess Hill in West Sussex on a full-time permanent basis. The practice provides first opinion services primarily to small animals and they require a nurse to help develop the services offered to clients and patient care.

Key Details:

• Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Type: Small Animal
• Hours: Full-time 40 hour week
• Weekdays: 8am to 4pm, 11am to 7pm
• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
• OOHs: None required
• Team: Multi-vet team plus nurses and support staff

Person:

The practice has a close-knit team and so is looking for a friendly and approachable RVN who will engage and support the existing staff members. Experience of running nurse clinics would be advantageous, as well as being competent in all areas of first opinion veterinary nursing.

Package:

• Salary of 21,000 to 26,000 DOE
• CPD allowance
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Must haves:

• RCVS registered and qualified
• 1 year's post qualification experience
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
