We are recruiting a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a practice in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week with a 1 in 6 weekend rota. There is no out of hours/on call.

The practice has a large veterinary team comprising of 11 Vets which is split across its 4 sites. They have a range of specialist interests and 4 of them are certificate holders and 3 more are currently undertaking a certificate. They also have a visiting orthopaedic surgeon who comes twice a month. This is a first opinion practice offering state of the art facilities.

About the role

They are looking for a self-motivated enthusiastic RVN who is adaptable and will strive to delivery the best veterinary care. They must have excellent customer service skills and work well as part of a team. They love to promote from within and encourage individual professional development

Key Details:

• Type: Small animal only
• Hours Mon-Fri: 37.5 hour week, working between 8:00am and 7:00pm each day
• Weekends: 1 in 6 on a shared rota
• Sole charge: None required
• OOH: None required
• Team: 11 Vets with multiple RVNs and SVNs and support staff
• Consultations: 15 Minute appointments

The Package:

• Salary between 23,000 and 25,000 per annum
• 600 annual CPD allowance 3 Days
