Professional veterinary recruitment

We are recruiting for a Permanent mobile Veterinary Surgeon to join a 24hr animal hospital in London.

This is a full-time role working 4 days per week with a 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekend rota.

The role involves providing cover across 2-4 practice across the Central London area. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a Vet to work in varying environments and gain a large amount of exposure to various surgeries whilst learning from a diverse team of Veterinary Surgeons.

There is plenty of scope within this position for further career development opportunities.

The main practice at Camberwell is fully equipped and offers a wide range of modern veterinary services and facilities. The practices provide a high standard of clinical care and pride themselves on having staff members who stand apart from the rest and have a real passion and vision for how they work. They provide ongoing training and support to all team members through dedicated training centres.

All staff also benefit from the access to the best diagnostic equipment such as MRI machines and CT scanners, a high spec Ultrasound and state of the art operating theatres in this state-of-the-art Animal Hospital.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Vet who work well as part of a large team and has excellent client facing and communication skills. They will adaptable and flexible and enjoy the variety that the role will bring. They will b confident in routine surgeries and consultations and sole charge work where required.

About you

• You will be comfortable in routine surgeries and consultations and sole charge work
• You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience
• You will be passionate, motivated, and driven and want to move the practice forward
• You will be ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon
• You will be comfortable with some sole charge work when required
• You will enjoy mentoring and coaching others and sharing knowledge and experience
• You will have a calming approach when dealing with a busy practice environment
• You will be passionate and dedicated to providing excellent clinical care
• You will have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• You will have career aspirations to continually develop your clinical skill set and knowledge

Package:

• Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 commensurate to experience
