We have an opportunity for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a 24hr animal hospital in North Ferriby.

The practice is looking for a lead veterinary surgeon to make the practice their own and develop the practice into a place the community can depend on. The practice supports the surrounding branches by providing 24hr care and giving them access to the best diagnostic equipment.

This role will suit someone who is looking to progress in their career by taking on more responsibility. The ideal candidate will be able to perform routine surgeries and must have excellent communication skills, high clinical standards and minimum 3 years of practical experience gained in a small animal practice. You will have the experience and competence necessary to improve the practice effectively and raise the already high standards provided by the clinic. You will have the ability to create trusting and dependable relationships with your clients and will provide the gold standard of care to the practice's patients and clients. You will also be confident and competent working sole charge as this will be required.

The role involves working full time over 4 days from Monday to Friday for 39 hours per week.

• You will have practical experience gained in a small animal practice

Package:

• Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum, dependant on experience
